    barrel lugs

I have my 62 cal tullie shooting as good as I can expect. But after 4 to 5 shoots it starts to group to the left. I run a brush after each shot and then clean with a wet patch then a dry one. Could it be the lugs need to be slotted? Maybe it’s getting too hot. :idunno:

getting better with my 62 cal

ya I just used a half wad because thats what I use for shot. And yes I got the 80 grains 3ff from trying diffrent loads for the past 6 months.I tried 60 2ff 3ff 70 2ff 3ff and 80 2ff 3ff and it is what seems to be as good as i can expect.I still think most of my problem was me getting used to my gun.

    3fff or 2ff in a 62 cal

Sorry to keep bugging you all. What would be your starting load for trying out a new 62 cal smoothbore? I have 2ff and 3fff and was already trying 3fff 80 grains.I'm thinking maybe 2ff at around 60 grains might be better. What do you think?
  14. M

How tight do I need it
