    No, it’s a 58 cal/ 24 ga smooth bore. A used 50 cal barrel bored. I think will fix my Fowler itch for a while.

    Couple more shots this morning. Hunted yesterday and shot it today , was a very loose pattern, as expected. Then shot twice more. Looks good to me. Thanks Skycheif, I shot this gun only 7 times. Play around this afternoon working a magnum load.

    Started with a square load 60g of 3f and 60g volume of 5 shot. Shot at 25 yards. Fair. Today used 60 g of 3f and 75g volume of 5 shot. I’m using the juicy Skychief’s load. Got a roll of wrapping paper coming in tomorrow, see if I can get this load to repeat. This was my best pattern. POA was...

    I’ve got a GPR 54 flint about 2014. It was a rock crusher. Couldn’t get a seal on the pan, gap at hinge. L&R replacement lock is not perfect but a whole lot better, now get 50 plus shots per flint, good seal on pan. I put a RMC vent in when I bought the gun. For what I paid seems like a good...
