My first kit was a tvm Tennessee rifle, it was pretty straight forward and really didn't have any issues. The beauty of their kits are that they do alot of the real critical stuff that others dont, like mine had the dovetails filed for the sights, tenions placed, the lock and barrel were properly fitted and the vent was drilled.
 
BK, i built one a couple of yrs. ago and it was one of the easiest builds I ever did and is currently my favorite flint smoothie. Although, you should be advised that ,unless they have changed things since Jack Garner retired,they only use soft maple (no hard sugar maple)so if your looking for HARD super premium maple you'll have to get it somewhere else. This is TV manufactuering NOT TV Muzzleloading we're talking about.
