I'm building a 40 caliber smoothrifle and I got my barrel from Ed Rayl. He'll do just about anything you want, I think his wait time is about 6 months though. I don't have his contact info handy but you can look it up on through Google.

I just ordered a rifle kit for my daughter. Went with the Cabin Creek Boys/Ladies rifle. Has a 31" swamped Colrain barrel. I went with it in .45 cal and according to Cabin Creek's web site this gun will weigh about 5#. I have seen ads in either Muzzle Blasts or Muzzleloader magazine for Colrain barrels. There is also an octagon to round barrel available at around 30".
