If it is possible for a moderator to repost my original picture tutorial separately as a sticky, so it is easier to find, and leave the rest of the discuss in this original topic thread, that would be great.

Skychief's thread that tells how to load shot loads in a muzzleloader using a heavy oiled fiber wad is a sticky in the Muzzleloading Hunting area of the forum.
I added Brokennocks first post in this thread complete with photos to it.

There is a forum rule against making multiple posts of the same thing in other areas so, I made a sticky for the Smoothbore section that has a link that will take you to Skychief's post. Just open the thread in the Smoothbore section, click on the link in the thread and, ZAP, your there.
That sticky has quite a lot of comments in it so Brokennock's post shows up on sheet 2.

I don't think those have enough lubrication on them for the job they have to do with Skychief's load.
It isn't the lube as much as it is the weight of the wad that seems to make it work.
