I have a pretty nice Pietta built 1860 Army for sale.

Gun appears unfired....i bought it second hand. The nipples look new, front of the cylinder is clean. No turn line.

There are however handling marks on it. Some small marks on teh grips, barrel has rubs etc on it. It looks like a piece that was displayed and handled but never fired.

The grips fit the grip frame correctly. The picture looks like a bit fit but that is just due to the angle.

pics are not so good....I took them last night indoors. I will do some better ones today outside.

$335 plus shipping on it.

where do I find that? I found a P something which does not make sense but no other numbers. My 1858 Rem clone is covered in proofs and dates.

Date code will be in a box on the right side of frame.
Right above the trigger guard.

Looks like a fine piece. If only I needed another one...
