It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of the .45. But if I were to get a Woodsrunner rifle It would hands down be a .54'
 
My Woodsrunner is a .54. Excellent balance, very accurate and not too light as recoil is quite manageable. Once I got it sighted in I put two consecutive shots just touching at 50 yds. It likes a .535 ball, a .010 patch and 75 gr. Charge of fff Schutzen. I don’t have a chronograph yet, but I figure I’m getting around 1600 fps or so at the muzzle.
