Will CCI #10s work on my new Slixshot nipples?

Looking for some advice:

I acquired a set of Slixshot nipples for my 1851 Colt Navy Pietta in the fall, and I have been very happy with them.

Unfortunately the recommended Remington #10 caps are impossible to find right now, but I do still have several tins of CCI #10s for the original nipples.

Can I get away with using the CCI #10s for now? I cannot find CCI #11s (the recommended cap) anywhere.

Just try the #10 CCIs and then you will know for sure.

I have Slixshot nipples on my Uberti 1858, Uberti 1860 and Ruger Old Army and I use both CCi #10 and Remington #10 caps on all three revolvers. I have found that both manufacturer type #10 caps fit better on all three shooters and it's been rare if even one cap flies off a shot nipple.

I have slixshots on my 1993 vintage pietta remington navy. The cci 10s work on it just fine.

I wanted to get remington but they were not to be found. This navy was a cap hammer before, but now it runs much better.
