Just yesterday an older couple was doing a yard sale and were selling some old stuff including muzzleloaders and other boom sticks. He had some CVA but he had one T/C Penn Hunter Rifle Octagon to Round 32" barrel and a .36 cal 29" Hawken Barrel both are flintlock barrels and before I bought them I figured I would ask will the Hawken Barrel fit the Penn Hunter Stock. Just to clarify the Penn Hunter is the full thing stock, lock and barrel and the .36 cal Hawken Barrel is just the barrel. Thanks for all the help.

If your so inclined grab them both and if it doesn't fit you can always sell it. That T/C Hawken barrel in .36 is a good find. I'd would have never left without it. Are you sure its a Hawken and not a Seneca or Cherokee barrel.
You could ask the owner to see if they fit yourself before you buy.

There were no factory Seneca or Cherokee flintlock barrels that I’m aware of but I also don’t think I’ve heard of a .36 Hawken. Interesting stuff.
