Bob Hayley ran a custom ammo manufacturing company for years. He specialized in unique or odd ball ammo.

I attended his estate auction and found 149 Whitworth paper patched hexagonal bullets in a plastic bag. On a scrap of paper it said "45 Whitworth Hexagonal Patched". I weighed these they average 540grs. These are ready to load and shoot in the most accurate muzzleloader known.

I packed them in 10 round bags, $10 a bag, plus $8 shipping.

I hate to say, but when I almost had a Parker-Hale version in the 80s, each rifle came with its own mechanical fit bullet mold.
Also that looks like paper patching, it was supposed to be wax paper patched.

That might have been for the one I had, shot and almost got.
Still kicking myself for not getting it all these years later.
