I was looking at a photo of a Parker Hale Whitworth and it appeared to me that there are several differences between that rifle and my own Pedersoli Whitworth . Notably the front sight was mounted higher and the comb on the buttstock was lower .
Which may account for some of the difficulty that a few of us have had shooting this rifle in a comfortable manner .
It might be of interest if we could compare the stock dimensions of the Parker Hale , Euroarms and Pedersoli reproductions and indeed original military stocked rifles .

I will start the ball rolling , the dimensions of my Pedersoli are :

Length of pull [ trigger blade to middle of buttplate ] 13 inches
Drop at comb 1 1/8 inches
Drop at heel 1 5/8 inches
[ Drops measured from top of barrel flat spot at breech ]

Enjoy your shooting .
