So I have a quandry here. :)

This week I recieved parts for two projects. A barrel and breechplug for a 20ga dragoon pistol for myself, and a Chamber's early Germanic lock for a friend's Jaeger.

So which should I do...

Inlet the lock or set the breechplug and inlet the barrel? :hmm:

Hurry up and do your buddy's first. Then take your sweet time savoring the joy of doing yours to perfection!!!

If you have the barrel for your buddy's rifle, do the hard stuff first. The lock mortice is a killer! BTW, you might want to remove 1/16" from the mainspring width to keep it out of the ramrod hole and / or barrel channel. :imo:
