I just bought a nice jaeger sight from a member here. but the front sight has been filed to much and it shoots to high. where is a good place to buy a good front sight? the thickness of the blade is 0.100 any help is apprecheated,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

A 0.10 front sight blade on a short barrel like a Jaeger is going to give you a pretty coarse sight picture. Placed 38" from your eye it will cover 9 MOA, which is wider than a standard bull's eye black bull (about 8 MOA). By contrast, "standard" front sight posts like the 1903 Springfield cover about 4.6 MOA, and battle rifles like the AK 47 are at about 10.

For me personally, I find 4.6 MOA to be too fine to be able to pick up reliably, and, 10 to be too coarse. I like them right around 5.5, but then again, most of my shooting is at static targets too.
