...Cause I never really left!

Even though I've been a mite distracted for the past 18 years by Cowboy Action Shooting, I've never given up on my front loaders. The wife and I are still quite active CAS competitors but, of late, my eyes keep wandering over to my NWTG, that took me three years to complete from a Northstar kit, and my old GPR flinter in 54 and they seem to be crying for attention. Maybe it's nostalgia for the time when as a family we were heavy into Rendezvous, but it seems I can no longer withstand their siren song. Guess I best blow off the dust from their respective powder horns and shooting bags and take them out for a spin. 'Course I know that the moment I do that, my 3" field gun is going to want the opportunity to sing a tune as well. Ugh. What's a man to do?

I'm glad to be here and I know that this is the place where I can get up to speed on a variety of topics relevant to my renewed interest.
