This t'hawk is identical to the regular hawk except for the pierced weeping heart. Like others similar, I believe it to be from India and is cast steel. Some vendors represent these as hand forged. It is my opinion they are not forged. But, still good 'hawks that can be used for general purpose or throwing. The heart in the pic dosen't show well but it is a heart.
$20.00 plus shipping. I ship only to the U.S. and will accept personal checks.

It’s easy enough to tell if something is hand forged—I should add that most mass produced “antiquated” weapons like this are still hand forged, just using modern techniques and tools, as opposed to being produced via machines on a production line like a gerber knife, for example.

Being whacked out by someone on an anvil and a coke forge, though… perhaps not, but it’s the fashion most mass-produced “genuine” nepalese poor-quality kukris are made, even today, so it’s not impossible!

Just my two cents, sorry to interrupt.
