Does it have windage adjustments and a positive locking system when it is in a raised position for remaining vertical?
 
It feels like a cam, pretty rugged to keep it in position. You unscrew the peep disc and you can slide it left or right for l-r adjustments, nice sight.

Are you saying it is difficult to secure it upright or that it stays in position securely?
 
Would you take $80 for it. I'm not sure it will work for what I want but I'll take a chance for that.
