Venison Sausage Balls

1 lb vensison sausage
1 large egg
1 cup almond flour
8 oz shredded cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Mix everything up, make your individual balls and pop in oven at 350 for 16-18 minutes

If you get the urge, add a 4 ounces of cream cheese to that mix. Makes a big difference in flavor and texture and helps up the fat content, but they are great without it too

Because it's low carbs and darn tasty as a batter. Them's Keto sausage balls....

BTW, that's the tastiest sounding title for a thread I've seen in some time. Caught my attention like click bait.....
