So if you like those styles then I just need to know what wire inlay material you'd like. Brass, German silver (nickel silver) or fine silver (999 fine silver +$5). If you dont like the style give me an idea how to change it to suit your needs.

Id be happy to. Basically you patch and ball each hole, seating them til the patched ball protrudes slightly from the bottom, when you get to the shooting line you drop your powder down the barrel and place the ball board over the muzzle and use your short starter or ramrod to push one of your patched balls down, move the board out of the way and finish seating your patched ball nice and tight.
They speed up the loading process and help you keep track of what shot # you are on in the string, I made these as 5 shots because many clubs/shoots shoot 5 shot strings.
I set my board over muzzle, and short start plus long start with ball starter before I move the board to ram home with ramrod. This skips a step making it faster.

I need
1 6 shot in 62 cal / 20 ga for my NW Trade gun. (Curly maple stock) German silver wire.
1 6 shot in 50 cal for my Tc Hawken brass wire.

I received my board yesterday. It looks fantastic. I bought a 10 hole with real silver, but Redmoon sized it a little smaller for me because that's what I wanted. He sent me a pic of the board with a sketch of the design he proposed, and what he delivered was exactly like the sketch

The other thing I really like is the way the holes are sized. Mine is for woods walks, and I don't like to swab. The holes are sized perfectly for a ball, and a .010 patch, which is exactly what I use. Even my .36 cal Pedersoli Frontier can get through 9 shots without swabbing regardless of lube type.

Thanks again, sir.
