Another turtle shaped ball bag being listed. Measures 7" by 4" including stopper.
Made from heavy 8/9 oz. grade one tooling leather. Sewn with 100% linen thread that was waxed with bees wax by hand. After sewing and engraving bag was wet sand formed, dyed and then waxed so as to give years of service to buyer.
Price of $49.00 includes shipping anywhere in the lower 48 or Alaska.

The turtle had special significance to Eastern tribes as it represented the spiritual idea of living in two worlds. The Delawares had the Death Turtle as their tribal emblem (that’s likely not the best word for that...)
