Loaded the old flintlock and hit the woods today, to prove my manliness over a turkey, I discovered a blow down where two trails converge with plenty of turkey sign. No bird, but did find out that sometime over 50 sitting on the ground is not as comfortable as years ago, When wearing a loincloth, pine needles will travel no matter how well you swept out the blind. One should make such blind long enough to lay down in, hunting makes me sleepy. And game is always on the other side of the forest. Can't Waite to get back out tomorrow afternoon.
