I recently purchased used and this is not the example I am looking for. Lock fitment is inconsistent at best. I have had the hammer drop from the half cock position and also not
maintain full cock. I have not attempted to correct or make any adjustments. Ramrod seems to be oversized. Bore looks great, I just put a patch puller in to help reflect some light while taking the photo.

$310 shipped east of the Mississippi. PM only please.

These were very popular kits. The lock is probably binding. Might need a little work on the inletting. By the looks of the butt plate to stock finish.

Something don’t look right. My factory built Crockett has a different trigger group and I have two lock plate screws on the off side! Anybody else?

This is my only experience with traditions so I’m not sure. I recently purchased it used and it’s a real dog.
