To compliment another thread without highjacking,
The Muzzleloading Air Gun was carried along on the Lewis and Clark expedition.
It was recently recovered from it's formally unknown storage location.
What a find.
What a marvelous story and an added dimension to our diverse muzzleloading history.

The rifle is a 46 caliber.
No powder, just add lead!
