Great thread! Lots of details about a not-so-mainstream BP pistol. Mine has the 'prospector' engraving both sides of receiver but is marked "Hopkins and Allen" by it's Italian manufacturer.
Oh, how I wish that were true. Nonetheless a great shooter once an elevated rear sight was fitted for a reasonable POI.
 
I saw three of that style pistol for sale at Friendship last week. I can't state that they were Tingle's, but they were there.
