I would bet the holster is for an unscoped contender pistol. There was an aftermarket muzzleloader barrel available for them, so you should be safe from rules stalkers.

As a former T/C dealer and contender lover Rawhide is correct on the holster, it should be for a 10" contender, also the holster appears to be left handed
