I'm curious. I hear a lot of people say that TC Hawken rifles are not 'correct' as Hawken rifles. Could you explain why you feel it is not "close"? Thanks.
People get butthurt that it has brass furniture and1wedge. The nose cap isn’t really authentic, but some filler work can do wonders. I’m more irritated by the rear sight. That can really help to ditch that.

Renegade flat butt plate is annoying.
 
Renegade flat butt plate is annoying.

I'm shooting a 58 out of a Renegade and that will make one appreciate the flat plate.

The thing I don't like about the Renegade is it doesn't have enough drop at the toe. It is meant to appeal to scope users.
