Hello guys. I have a TC Patriot that won't stay cocked. It looks, to me, that the sear won't engage the tumbler. Does the sear have a spring to keep it riding against the tumbler so it can catch the half and full cock notches? The sear moves freely, just won't "rise up" and engage the notches. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Yes there is a spring, sometimes the plugger can bind up and not press on the sear.
Picture?
