Sutler of Fort Scott

Gentlemen,
I wanted to report what an amazing sutler the Sutler of Fort Scott is. I was extremely impressed with Mr. Dunfee's customer service and the quality of his goods. I ordered a civilian cap-- excellent quality. I do not know if I threw it away in the packing, or if the chin strap was not included. Mr. Dunfee shipped a chin strap out QUICKLY (even though it may have been my fault, and I told him it could be). THAT is customer service.
