I am told Corned Beef is actually more of a New England or English thing. In any event how do you make corned beef and can you substitute game meat?

I make corned venison. Morton salt has a recipe on their web sight. Some times I will simmer it for about 1/2 hour, then put it in the smoker to finish. makes great sandwiches.

It's typically referred to as a New England boiled dinner

Boiled, chopped tgen mixed potatoes and onion for hash.
Eat it regular as one of my favorite meals…. Having it tonight
