2F might be a challenge thru a 3 grain drop.

I use fff of REAL black powder in the barrel and in the pan when shooting and hunting.(Just makes it easier not having to deal with multiple cans)


I will say I'm thankful to live in Pa where many small town gun shops have real black powder. ( 3 shops within 25 minutes driving)

How well will the larger granulation's (FFg & FFFg) feed through a priming flask? I've only ever used FFFFg in mine.

Most of my priming flasks only work with 4F. 3Fg is too coarse to easily flow through the tiny valve.

This free flowing flask lets 3Fg readily flow. You have to control the amount of powder that is poured into the pan.

I've had good luck running both ffff and fff in my priming flask. I've never tried ff but I imagine it wouldn't be great.
