I can’t figure out what’s wrong. The lock fires in and out of the rifle, but when I pull the set trigger it stops on half cock. Where could the problem be?

If you disassembled the lock, you may have lost the fly.
The “fly”? The tumbler? It’s all there.
As I said, it fires fine out of the gun, and in the gun except if you pull the set trigger. Then it stops on half cock,

If you could post some clear, detailed pictures of the inside of the lock, we could make a better assessment.
Seriously, I don’t know what the fly is. I put it back together the reverse of how it took it apart, and it works fine.
The fly is a tiny tiny L shaped piece that drops in a relief cut into the thingy that the hammer Slides onto.
It should be behind the bridle-the squiggly piece in front-where the circle is.

You have lost your fly
When you trip the sear by hand or with the front trigger it holds the sear out of contact with the tumbler for awhile.
When you use the set trigger, it bumps the sear out of contact for just the slightest moment and the fly keeps the sear from dropping in the half cock notch.

Yes, if it drops in half cock and you disassembled the lock without being aware of it, odds are about 100% the fly is missing. Give us a call and we'll get you another.

@Nav, I couldn’t find a good photo of the Fly so I drew one for you. It’s a shot in the dark, but if you have a magnet slowly work it over the area where you removed the tumbler from the hammer. The Fly is tiny, so be methodical on your work bench and floor. If you find it put it in a closed container for safe keeping! When you remove the tumbler you’ll easily see the groove where it fits and the hole that the stem on the Fly fits into. Make sure it’s clean and lightly oiled.

Thanks all. No need. I found my fly In the corner of the tray I was working in. Never saw it fall out (which is why I was working in a tray).

Good, disaster averted.
I think that's why it's called a fly...they just seem to fly away unnoticed.
They tend to vaporize when exposed to open air, you are lucky to have found it.
