Did a Turkey and Butternut Squash yesterday.
Honey/Chillies/Orange Rind sauce.
Brined.

cherry/hickory.

I smoked a turkey for thanksgiving and my lovely wife oven cooked an another the traditional way.

By Sunday there was no turkey left. Between kids and grandkids….17 total….nobody had a complaint!!
