Not certain what it is for but may fit a Baby Dragoon or .31 Remington. But i can't swear to it. Bill in pic is for size reference. $20 shipped in lower 48

Possibly but can't be sure. I was thinking about the small pocket models thinking that might work, but i'm just not sure.
 
It is a bit late but, if there are numbers imprinted on the back of the holster, Google those numbers along with the word "holster" and you may learn what make and model revolver your holster was originally made for.
