Will Slixshot Nipples work on a Colt Dragoon? Not Uberti or Pietta. If I’m not mistaken I think that the thread is different from Italian reproductions.

Pardon my possible ignorance but I believe Uberti made all the parts for Colt’s 2nd Generation models. Then assembled and finished elsewhere. Smarter members will chime in soon.
I will look at my 3.5 rd Model (fluted cylinder, rear sight dovetailed into the barrel.) but I think it has slixshot nipples installed. I have not shot it lately my concentration has been on an 1859 Sharps replica.
