I can't part with mine but if you need any info from it I will gladly share. I believe I have all of Jims books. Nice fella to talk with. My copy of the book you seek is bound in buckskin.
Regards,
James

Hello,
I never knew this book existed. I recently did a tremendous redux of my Dixie Mountain Rifle and gathered some things for all the accoutrements. If you can share anything - anything at all...I’d greatly appreciate it especially pictures and the like for inspiration!

I have John Rice Irwin’s book and its much to be desired!

Most humbly,
James Ross

Note that I inherited a copy from our son's father-in-law when he purchased an updated edition of it. Don't wish to sell my copy, but wanted you to know about there being 2 editions.

There are a few different editions. I have a 1st edition copy. But what I REALLY REALLY REALLY want is the colorized version!! Its more scarce than chicken teeth!
