Hi folks,
I kind-of stumbled upon the Sitting Fox web site and was pretty impressed with some of the things I saw. In particular, I am looking at their Verner rifle kit. I really like that it is a swamped barrel (maker unstated) and options for .45 or .50, unlike the one I recently built.
Has anyone here built this kit? It looks pretty well done and the price is attractive as well.
I have not had a chance to purchase from Sitting Fox, so I have no knowledge of their service, though I have read several comments in the forum that they are good folk to work with.
Thanks very much for any and all comments!

The kit looks good. I’ve bought from sitting Fox and very happy with their service and quilty of goods.
I think I would go .45 or smaller if you can get it for this style of gun.
Thanks tenngun. I was thinking deer, hence the .50, and also the less weight... I will be interested in the price quote they send me.
