How do you tell a small Siler lock from a large Siler lock?

Track of the Wolf carries both Chamber's Siler locks with very detailed descriptions of both.

Not trying to be snippy, but the large Siler is, well, larger than the small Siler. This may help: I have two rifles with the Large Siler but small Silers on a pistol and a small rifle.
Large Siler: 5-1/4" X 1".............small Siler: 4-3/4" X 7/8". Hope this helps.

Yes hansi, that told me I have a large, not sure why I wanted to know, except to say in letting it is a real pain w/out electric tools. Oh now I remember, for screw replacement. They really are soft.
The old TOTW catologs were great to compare sizes ask around you club to see if anyone has one and the see the difference.
TOW don't print them anymore because the customers will not pay what they have to pay to make them. The ML guys are the cheapest shooters around. ML are their own worst enemies.
Just look at those who won't pay hazmat fees but will spend double or triple for gasoline to find powder. I rest my case.

You can go to Track's on line catalog to print the page for a full sized print of most items. I still like the feel of a printed catalog, but we have live in the current times
