I'm looking to get a hunting bag set up and I was trying to determine if something I already have is suitable to be used as a patch knife. Please share some pics of what you use and include dimensions. I'm thinking about either of these knives, but not sure 'cause I've never tried the "cut at the muzzle" technique.

Pretty much any blade you can shave arm-hair with is good as a patch knife. It doesn't need to be that small or single-use. I just use my usual hunting knife, whichever I'm carrying.....

I'd use that Anza, I had one just like it a few years ago, until my saddle bag got stolen off my 4-wheeler...

It won't be 100% PC but it will do the job just tine...
