Sharpening flints?

I knap my own gun flints but like to collect those no longer sparking well or knappable. Need a thousand or so to put into a box with a reproduction label for show and tell when I teach to show what a box of gunflints at the trading post or going out to rendezvous might look like.

Phil McMasters front Canton, NY had a wheel for a bench grinder that he called a Green Wheel that worked fantastic!
Thats what I have used for about a decade but a water lubed diamond wheel for emerald shaping is far better.

Sounds like a good reason to buy a few pounds of the bulk Nepalese flints from IMA.
