Hi everyone,

I have a couple questions for those who hunt turkey with a single projectile muzzleloader (where legal). Where do you aim on the turkey? What caliber have you used? How effective is single projectile vs shotgun in your experience? I apologize if this topic was previously covered but I did try the search function first.

Sincerely,

10Ga.

I'd be interested in responses too. I'd think base of the neck would work without tearing up breasts. Seems ideal for the small calibers.

I noticed earlier this week there was a story about hunting turkeys with a round ball. They were aiming center mass on a broadside shot. Is this normal for those with experience?

Sincerely,
10Ga
