Prefer brown. I wear a 7 3/8 size cowboy hat for general size info.
If it’s been there and done that, it’s not a problem as long as it’s in good shape and doesn’t smell too awful bad...
Plan to wear it cocked on one side, so if it’s already just so, no problem at all.
