Thanks for the compliments. The bladesmith is Dan DiStefano, Coyote Forge.
He had another knife for sale that was a bit smaller but the same style with an antler handle but it had been sold by the time I saw it. I was about to chalk it up as a loss but I noticed that a friend had complimented Dan's limited. If you knew my friend then you'd know that any compliment from him requires a great deal of convincing, practicality and real world testing. So I sent a message to Dan and he had just finished up this knife but hadn't posted it yet.

He sure does. This one was forged from high carbon 1084. He said that as of now he still hasn't come up with a tomahawk head that meets his requirements but maybe someday.
