If a new frizzen is needed for an older T/C, a Lyman frizzen will work on the lock, and is much easier to obtain.

what that fellow said ... used a Lyman frizzen on my T/C for nearly three decades before if had them swap out the lock ... now I have a new design lock, which is a tad faster (but with my marksmanship - or lack thereof - it doesn't make much difference)

I ought to buy a spare or two before the lefties figure out that ML guns go bang, too, and figure out how to ban them ... [insert political tirade here] ... heck, I ought have a spare in case the original one wears out, or my heirs need a spare.

make good smoke!
