removing front sight on tc hawkens

does it matter which way the front sight is drifted left to right or right to left, I purchaced a set of williams fiber optic sights cause i cant see the regular sights. damn eyesight .....

As a general rule, in from the right & out from the left. But I doubt it really matters.
