I bought a new Rem New Model Army revolver this year. It is made by Pietta and marketed by Taylor's. It was marked 21 in a box on the side of the frame. Unlike any other I've seen, it has the front sight on a dovetail.

Is this only for Taylor's guns or are all Pietta NMA done like this? Anyone else seen one like this.

I have 2 Piettas, 2 or 3 years old and they aren't dovetailed. MedicMike's post shows that must be a new and very welcome feature for Piettas. We used to have to buy a Uberti sight and dovetail it in.
