I have a side plate and two lock screws I would like to have lightly engraved with a name and a bit of simple decoration.

Any jeweler could point you to a custom engraver. Theres quite a few rifle builders that do their own work, but don’t have the time or inclination to do it as a business.
Good point, but I suspect most jewelers don’t have a feel for what traditional engraving would look like on a long rifle.
