I have a brand new Ranger Musket from Middlesex. I ordered it Sept 2021 paid in full at the time and received it today. As the process took so long I have already purchased a replacement. It has never been fired but the lock appears to work correctly. I have no idea what to charge for it but I paid around $850 for it so 1k seems fair. Gary 7FB117A6-79E8-4B44-838A-A10515CB9793.jpeg

Can I give you some advice? I've bought and sold a ton on line.

1. Your pictures tell us nothing. No barrel length, nothing.

2. Your description tells us nothing more than you want to make a profit. Again, barrel length? Sling swivels? Buttplate style? etc.

3. You need to post a picture with the date and your username.

Good luck with this.

Thank you. I tried to post more pics but only 2 would load. I’ll post more. I figured (wrong it seems) that what I received from Middlesex was well described on their site. My username should be posted with all of my posts. If not it’s bnthere. I checked my invoice and paid 795 not 850. I’m not trying to make a profit as suggested just trying to stay close to even. If that ruffles feathers so be it. I’m selling this shotgun soon either here or locally. I’m a reasonable person and have reasonable offers already. I have enough others to pass to my heirs. All good. Gary

Remember Bidflation $795 is about equal to a thousand today

From the Middlesex website:
Our reproduction has a 34" barrel in .75 caliber smoothbore. Overall length is 50". The lock and barrel on our reproduction uses the same markings as on our 1756 Long Land.
