  • Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.

We have partnered with the NRA to offer you a discount on membership and Muzzleloading Forum gets a small percentage too of each membership, so you are supporting both the NRA and us.

I bought an oak dowel just under bore diameter for pushing down wads. Durable and cheap. I leave the ramrod with a shotgun tip for cleaning patches.

Mountain State Muzzleloading is doing business as Cain's Outdoors, or at least it was before Covid. Same location in Boaz WV. The younger Cains were more interested in branching out to other markets after Mr. Cain passed. Got some nipples from them via that big online auction outfit about a year ago, so they still have some ML products.
Ed Cain hasn’t passed away, he’s just getting older and nearing retirement.
