Last nights stomach stuffer, Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Heritage Pumpkin (took many years to find pumpkin that does not have the spaghetti texture flesh)
Chicken
Cranberries
Walnuts
Cooking onions.
Garden Garlic
Garden Potatoes
Garden herbs, rosemary, thyme, oregano.
Garden peppers, Sriracha, Hot Portugal, Sweet Pepper.
Morel Mushrooms
Dried Tomatoes
Dried Habanero powder mix
White cheddar.

My Mrs. cuts the globe off the base of a butternut squash, scoops out the seeds and stuffs it with a mixture of butter, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and chopped apple. Then she roasts it in the oven at 350 for about 45 minutes. She sometimes also fills them with corn meal based Indian pudding and bakes them.

Wow. Sounds great! I think I may add some pre cooked ground hot sausage when I try this one.
