Yep, the bow hunters have to much influence on the season. The one time the DNR entertained the idea of a traditional muzzleloader season it was going to be the first week of January.
 
Yep, the bow hunters have to much influence on the season. The one time the DNR entertained the idea of a traditional muzzleloader season it was going to be the first week of January.
Perhaps it’s that the ‘arrow crew’ is more vocal. These proposed changes include a period of public comment, so I plan to comment. Think I’ll also rattle the cages of my politicians. I do wonder, though, if the strongest opposition won’t come from the “plastic-fantastic” kids who wouldn’t like their type of ML sidelined during it.
