Are we allowed to discuss or ask questions about the pure lead Powerbelt bullets on this forum?? Just curious, as they are allowed in states like Idaho that ban most everything else.
 
No, they still contain the same plastic skirting.

Rule #9: We do not discuss copper and/or jacketed, plastic/polymer tipped bullets, sabots, power belts, or other 'plastic-wrapped' bullets. Smoothbores using plastic wads and steel shot are an exception to this rule.
